I am running into this issue again in the linked topic, Office downloads. For the Office 365 updates below so far, I had to add the URL to DownloadWhitelist.txt to get them to download. The downloads are over 2GB, and the install ultimately fails. Last time, you guys modified the fixlets, and then they worked perfectly. Will you look into these again?
