Anyone facing issues with the Fixlet to install KB5052042?

We deployed the update to a few systems last night and they installed it properly but the action is reporting as Failed and the Fixlet is still Relevant for them. This could be related to a buggy relevance statement but wanted to check if someone else is seeing the same.

We only have a handful of these left, but no issues on that patch so far (we also do the Rollups).

However, we have been seeing consistent failures of the Defender updates on almost every one. To the point I may start asking the team to copy/modify the fixtlet to exclude 2012R2 only because we have under 25 of these.
