That should be corrected at Content Modification: Updates for Windows Applications Extended published 2025-10-14

An issue common to many fixlets in the Extended sites is that the vendor only provides one download link that always points to ‘latest version’. In this case Docker Desktop download link was updated to point to a higher version than what we had published in the fixlet.

(the size is checked first; if one were to perform further validation on the download the hash would not have matched our expectation either.)
