Thats because a new version of Chrome got released. Google use the same name for every version of their updates - therefore, when they release a new version the download you want is gone. The size and hash values change, therefore the download fails.
If you already have the download cached, all continues to work. If you don’t have the download, there is nothing HCL can do.
