We suspect a relevance issue with this KB.
Fixlet Debugger for this relevance returns back as “true”, even though this KB got installed (validated via Windows Update History + manually trying to install the KB throws an error stating “its already installed”)
We also have about a 12% failure rate on this KB during our patching cycle, which is included in our Windows 10 Baseline.

Anybody else experience that issue?
