Again, I feel these Microcode names (and I’m sure this is Microsoft) are confusing. Some do not even contain the word “Microcode” and in this case, (V3.0) seems to be newer than (V4.0). Are Microcode releases cumulative? I’ve been under the impression that I need only deploy the latest Microcode for a Windows 10 build version.

The naming is of the form “Update for Windows XXXX” if you look at the MS catalog.
For the microcode updates, we try to label the fixlets “Intel microcode updates” to help better identify them.
The prior batch was missed by us in terms of labelling them this way.

As for the version, it represents the released version for that KB. So in your screencapture, V4.0 represents the release version of KB4100347.

And you are correct in that you only need to deploy the latest. In your screencapture, KB4100347 is superseded by version 3 of KB4346084. You’ll see that once you sync the fixlet in your baseline.
