why i dont see releases for RHEL 7?

RHEL 7 is not yet in Extended Lifecycle Support phase.
The RHEL 7 EUS phase ended in late 2021, and it is in Maintenance 2 phase now. The Maintenance 2 patch fixlets should be visible in the main Patches for RHEL 7 site because they are part of the regular lifecycle (i.e. they are in the main patch channels, non-EUS/non-ELS).
RHEL 7 ELS is scheduled to start in 2024. Please see the Red Hat timeline:
