*The OpenSSL was upgraded to Version 3.1.1
*TLS 1.3 security support
*SHA 384 security support

CVE-2023-0286 - Upgrade OpenSSL 1.0.2y to 3.1.1
CVE-2023-28155 - Request-2.88.2.tgz replacement
CVE-2023-26136 - Tough-cookie upgrade to 4.1.3 version
