Hello, We are having issues where custom analysis or fixlets being put into various customsites are Not being gathered by the clients. The customsites have computers subscribe to them and the console operators have the correct permissions to create custom content and to publish it in the customsites. How does one troubleshoot issues where customsite coontent does not appear to be propagating out to clients?
Have you checked the BESRelay Diagnostic utility for the up-stream to the BESClient in question? You may need to perform a Gather State Reset on one or more BESRelays. Additional details regarding troubleshooting BESRelays is available here.
Thank you. I don’t think its a relay related issue as actions are working fine. Whats odd if the relevance in a task or a fixlet is set to true nothing shows relevant on 110K endpoints. If it was a relay issue, I would suspect that actions would not be running. Maybe I am wrong. Is there a way to debug PropagateFiles.exe
