I’m customer from Viet Nam, I know that IBM sold BigFix to HCL tech. However, I want to contact support to check license but no one answer and I try contact toll support of HCL notification wrong number. Is there an easy way to contact support?
If you have previously submitted tickets to IBM, then you can issue yourself a password re-set which will give you the ability to submit support tickets with HCL. Hit the ‘Previously with IBM’ button.

I’m trying to contact with HCL. However, I didn’t recieve email response from HCL support. Seem, HCL don’t support Southeast Asia zone.
HCL definitely supports worldwide. How long has it been since you sent the support email? If you have a TA contact for your account, please engage them; otherwise @mleaphar may be able to help you find one.

I sent contact to HCL support 1 day ago. Unfortunately, now I didn’t received email response form HCL. I don’t know how to contact with them. I also try dialing on tabble number but all wrong number from Viet Nam.
