Computer won't load in WebUI... just spins while "Loading..."

We have a computer that displays in the Console App just fine and comes up in the Devices list in the WebUI, but when selected in the WebUI it just spins, displaying “Loading…” and never loads.

Any ideas?

Could be failing the connection to the DB to retrieve the data. Have a look at the WebUI logs for errors.
