I have a few computers in environment which are not visible in BFI console. These servers have same/similar hardware and software build, same BFI scanner version. The Initiate software scan task completed successfully, same as the Upload software scan results. Nevertheless these computers are not visible in the BFI console.
Do you know, what could cause this issue?

how long the computers are not visible in BFI console?
These computers are not visible to BFI for months. The Import is scheduled to run every day regularly. I’ve tried to Import now the few times before, nevertheless with no positive result.
update:
I’ve found WARN in the import log for affected computers with not well determined OS platform. Could it be related to this issue?
