Our Atreds environment having 31 desktops which is all windows OS but when we fetch the reports in reports count is showing 30. PFB snap for reference. I am requesting you to pls help us out to solve this query. This issue we are facing for laptops and cloud pc also.
@windows2025, as I mentioned in my earlier post, you’ll need to identify which filter is causing that one device to be excluded:

A simple way to troubleshoot this is to start removing each filter one by one (from the bottom up) and see when the missing device appears. If the device still doesn’t show up after removing a filter, move on to the next one. Chances are, it’s the filtering logic that’s preventing the device from showing, not a data issue.
Save that Filter and apply it to a simple Computer report. Is there something peculiar about the missing computer?
