I am having a problem that computers cannot find in web report / API. But I am able to find out the server via ComputerID in API. I am able to manage the servers in IEM console / SCA.
I attached images for reference. Do you know what happen or you have similar case?
FYI, You have your root server IP in some of those screen shots.
Try right clicking on the computer with the issue in the console and select “force refresh”.
I’d also check your permissions in WebReports, but it is odd that it does show up by computer ID, which seems to point to something other than permissions.
