Hello! I was hoping to get some assistance! My company has been a BigFix shop for a few years and I am just having the ability to get into the Compliance Module sadly. The one portion I am confused with the most is the patch remediation. It states that my servers are only at ~74% but then I see situations like:
Obviously the “Unremediated” is skewing the numbers so how do I rectify that for my environment? Also there are “Remediations” that are needed that we are not setting up such as:
Is there a way to hide certain “vulnerabilites” from the Compliance report? Does anyone have any step-by-steps if there are?
