Hi, I’m setting up BigFix Compliance in our environment. We use to have this running 1-2 years ago but did not pursue this any further. We now want to look at this again after upgrade our BigFix backend to v11. Installation has gone fine, but when it’s doing the initial import it fails with below error message

Is there a way to delete check list manually. I’ve already run the query to determine for duplicate fixlets and have deleted those accordingly from our custom site, but when trying to do the import it still fails.
Any suggestions how to go about this would be appreciated. I’ve also opened case iwth HCL Support on this and they are currently investigating this also.
