Compliance:browser: "We're sorry, but BigFix Compliance database is not accessible"

Compliance: 1.9.79
the following error shows on the browser: "We’re sorry, but BigFix Compliance database is not accessible"
Tema Log shows: Sequel::DatabaseConnectionError (Java::ComMicrosoftSqlserverJdbc::SQLServerException: The driver could not establish a secure connection to SQL Server by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Error: “SQL Server did not return a response. The connection has been closed. ClientConnectionId:26335544-e56c-4a8c-8882-22231d6fa884”.):

So it looks like it can’t make an SSL connection to the DB. Wondering if it has something to do with Secure Channel lockdowns? Is there a way of getting to the DB config page in Compliance in a situation like this?
Or anyone seeing this?

i saw this problem in our test enviroment (after passing ssl) . After odbc driver upgrade issue resolved.

Hi swiars,

Which version did you upgrade to? I currently have ODBC Driver 13 and am running into the issue OP is.

Hi uitouw ,
we upgraded to version 2014.120.5543.11. I didn’t remember my previous version.
