Cognos Analytics 11 installation not recognized by/shown in ILMT

I have a windows Win2012R2 server running IBM Cognos Analytics v11.0.13 and Bigfix agent v9.5 but the IBM Cognos installation is not recognized/shown in ILMT.

Has anyone seen this or know how to fix this ?
