Cloud Plugin retrieved computers inactive

I have the latest Cloud Plugin in the WebUI to retrieve from AWS. I’m using a service user in an AWS account and 9 IAM roles in 9 other AWS accounts. Last week I started with just the service user configured in the Plugin Portal and it retrieved 6 computers. That was working for a week.

Then last Friday, I enabled the 9 IAM roles in the Cloud Plugin. It retrieved 180 AWS instances, great. Today I see that the last report time of the service user’s account EC2 instances are from Friday and the 180 instances from the 9 other accounts are actively reporting into the WebUI. The 6 computers are online in AWS and I cannot figure out why they are inactive in BigFix. I enabled Verbose logging on the AWS Plugin in the Cloud Plugin but it doesn’t give any errors. I’ve restarted the BES Plugin Windows service.

Any other suggestions?
