Have a physical server trying to install bigfix client. When I attempt to copy this file, it is blocked. I run the setup.exe file but it doesn’t show up in my environment. How can I fix this file or apply the settings on the client after the install
What do you mean by “it’s blocked”? What’s blocking it?
In any case for the EXE client installer you should have a masthead.afxm in the same directory as the setup; for the MSI installer it should be built-in to the client MSI package (if you built the installer with the BES Installation Generator tool). The masthead file should get the client attached to your deployment.

Thank you. I will provide the setup and masthead from the server to the customer. Will direct him to reinstall using these files and bypass the cfg file
