Client subscribed to site is not assigning role permissions correctly

I have 10 new Linux endpoints that BES Client 9.5.9.62 was deployed to. The servers subscribe to the proper custom sites but administration privileges are not fully assigned. I have a role designated as Admin for the site with write privileges but this role is not being picked up by the endpoint. Other Linux and Windows endpoints are assigned correctly in this site. I have tried to reset the Besclient but it still only assigned admin rights to 3 of the 6 roles that have permissions on this site. The servers also subscribe to other sites and still only get assigned rights for 3/6 roles.

If I’m understanding the scenario properly, the role will also need to have the appropriate Computer Management rights assigned to it. Subscribing Clients to a specific Fixlet or Custom site, and giving a Role access to that site are two different permission sets.

The permissions are inherited by the endpoint for all subscribed machines. The roles permissions are either none, reader, writer, or owner. The machines in question are only showing BES management rights for the MO role members. It should also include all isers in the administrators role.

The Role must have Computer Assignments to it in order for machines to be ‘subscribed’ to that role (and therefore be managed by users/operators assigned to that role):

The role permissions you reference above (none, reader, writer, owner) apply specifically to Fixlet Site permissions, which are distinct from Computer Assignment permissions.
