I am running Endpoint Manager 9.5.2. I just deployed a new client into our Environment, a Windows 2008R2 server. I installed the client, and it reported in as needing all of the relevant fixlets that I was expecting. When I try to run an action on this client, it shows as evaluating, and then goes to a status of “waiting” and just holds there. Not quite sure what is going on. The client log does not show any errors. I have tried forcing a refresh, restarting the BES client service, and restarting the client itself. Nothing seems to work. I can run actions fine on other clients. Not sure what I’m missing here. Hoping that someone can provide some insight.
as per my understanding it could be bcoz of execution parameter if you have given any timeline to start it on or after it. I would suggest check action description if you have mentioned any time limit.
I just figured it out that the new server was on the wrong time zone and out of sync with the Big Fix server. Once I fixed that it worked. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction
