Hello,
Does anyone know what this error message means? “Client shutdown (Incompatible engine)”
It started one day and the client has been un-installed and re-installed. Only one person if having this error and it’s on a fairly clean newly imaged laptop.
This is pretty much all the logs give as an error over and over again:
At 07:28:37 -0600 -
Client shutdown (Incompatible engine)
At 07:29:07 -0600 -
Starting client version 5.1.15.0
At 07:29:08 -0600 -
Client shutdown (Incompatible engine)
At 07:29:29 -0600 -
Starting client version 5.1.15.0
The following is from the windows event log.
3/1/2007 3:55:48 PM BESClient Error None 19 NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM STLL-3CKJB41 The description for Event ID ( 19 ) in Source ( BESClient ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: Incompatible engine.
I’m still trying to find out more about the situation regarding this. This is all I have for now.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
