Client shows download false in logs

Hi All, Need some help here in the situation. I see the patch to be relevant to a machine which is been deployed to the client machine. The sha1 file is been checked to exist on the relay but it shows download false and keeps the client status to be in waiting state, logs from client looks as follows:-1:

I see the particular sha1 file exist in download folder of relay but It seems client is not able to get the download of that file? Please suggest remediation, thank you!!

Hello tarwaniv,

Could you please check if your Client is able to receive a UDP notification from its parent Relay that a given download request is now available?

I don’t see TCP enabled for port 52311, could this be an issue as client is not able to get the download?
