Client over Internet Connection

Hi,

We are having remote offices and they are all having broadband connection. I like to install the client through internet.But i installed the client pack on the remote machine and i changed the IP address from Private IP to Public IP in the registry entries, also I natted to my BigFix Server in my firewall.

Is there any other things to be done with remote site? Because client wasnt added to the console

Did you use the besrelay.cfg method?

Thanks Ben,

Actually my requirement is to deploy the clients to my branch offices, through internet.It is possible to connect to the main BES server through internet ? My remote office has 50 clients,among them i can put one relay server and remaining clients will communicate with bes relay this in turn communicates bes server.

Above all the things to be done through internet. Because we wont have LL or VPN to connect our branch office
