I get “Access is denied” when I try to use the right-click option from the console. Is there anyway to fix this? It appears to be using my AD account to open the file, the problem is I do not have access to any of the servers. I would think that I could use the BigFix client to open or download the file. (even if I had to parse it after) But I need some way to get a copy of the log file. (Windows and UNIX)

Before I go off an develop this as a new task I wanted to see if someone has already done this.

Right-click customizations in the console run in the context of your logged in user… so if you are using the customizations at http://support.bigfix.com/labs/customright.html then they won’t work if you don’t have AD access to the computers.
