I get “Access is denied” when I try to use the right-click option from the console. Is there anyway to fix this? It appears to be using my AD account to open the file, the problem is I do not have access to any of the servers. I would think that I could use the BigFix client to open or download the file. (even if I had to parse it after) But I need some way to get a copy of the log file. (Windows and UNIX)

Before I go off an develop this as a new task I wanted to see if someone has already done this.

Right-click customizations in the console run in the context of your logged in user… so if you are using the customizations at then they won’t work if you don’t have AD access to the computers.
