Hi,

is there a way how to find information about endpoint, where agent is already installed (and is running) but can not be found in the BES console? e.g. it can not resolve server dns name due to its misconfiguration so it can not connect to http://servername:52311/cgi-bin/bfenterprise/clientregister.exe to be registered.

Is it possible to check (remotely) that the agent is running or can be seen any diagnostic information? I know clientdiagnostics.exe tool… I wonder whether there is something like http://client:52311/clientinfo where I can remotely find the main problem - e.g. client can not resolve dns name…

You could used the Asset Discovery tool (NMAP) and then look at the “Possible BES Computer” column in the Unmanaged Assets list.
