Client action settings

Hi,

I initiated the action, the client is reporting to bigfix continuously, but the action is not started it’s still in notreported state.

Is there any settings to receive the action faster?

Sounds like the client is not receiving UDP notifications so it doesn’t know a new action ahead been created. Check this post for much more detail and workarounds.
