Class NotASignedMessage Messages Seen on Relay Disgnostics Gather Status Page

Hi all …

I have a Relay which is working normally: according to Relay Diagnostics, the relay health is good, there are no backlogs, the sha1 directory is empty, actions are being sent through the relay, result are coming back through the relay in a timely manner, etc.

However, on the Gather Status Page from Relay Diagnostics, I see the following error messages; what do they mean?
