After clicking “Check for license udpate” in the Console, is there a log in particular that shows this initiated process and any errors?
I don’t see anything in the GatherDB.log
Trying to troubleshoot why the BigFix enviroment is not getting the renwal for the license.
You should see a corresponding entry in the BESRelay.log on your root BES server. Additionally, you’ll need to update https://tem.subscribenet.com/ and update the entitlements appropriately.
Just to provide a further bit of information, in case a license update is detected by the BESServer, this is the entry you should see in the BESRelay.log (default log level):
Tue, 09 Feb 2021 10:56:19 +0100 - LicenseUpdater (3596) - Site certificate update detected, BESAdmin must be run to propagate the change.
Thanks Casey, All the appropraite allocations were done… just not reaching BigFix Server. I see the issue now in the log file and can troubleshoot further.

You may be affected by the change in our certificate CN. Have a look at Important note on LicenseUpdater or Airgap Errors due to certificate for workaround.
