I will be soon changing the domain that all systems and server (including the BigFix server) are in and would like to knwo if there is anything in BigFix that will need to be changed.

steps for the domain migration: setup new DC for New domain, create 2 way trust from old to new, migrate users and PCs, migrate servers (these are mandated from above), remove trusts.

Are any domain accounts granted rights on your SQL box? That is, do you use an AD service account for BigFix in any way? You may need to be careful when swapping the SQL box over to make sure everybody that needs rights still has them in the new domain.
