Hi Miran,
It is not possible to upgrade an 30 agent/30 day eval license to a production license. You will need to reinstall the BigFix Server and re-deploy the agents.

If you are about to purchase TEM/BigFix then simply ask your salesperson to ensure that your purchase is applied to your license serial number that you are using now.
If you have already purchased TEM/BigFix – and you received a new license authorization token – then you should ignore that email and instead contact ibmtemlicensing@lotus.com, let them know what your BigFix license serial number is, what your order number is, and what your IBM customer number is and then can apply the order to your existing serial number.

License expire next mounth and we will buy TEM, just want to know what work needs to be done? Is just license updated and works normaly without doing a thing or I have to change files, update masthead,…?
