I have an Analysis that I found on this site. One of the options is PARTIAL PRODUCT KEY - is there a way to turn this into the full product key

Not directly, the WMI calls involved only give the partial product key.

There are license discovery tools that can retrieve and decrypt the product key, but nothing directly in the operating system that I’ve been able to find.

Did a little more digging, apparently you can’t even get a full key off a system anymore, starting with 2013

There are some keyfinder utilities out there that still work to retrieve the keys from BIOS if it’s an OEM license with keys loaded there, but Your Mileage May Vary
