Centos 8 Agent availability

Is there any idea when the Centos 8 bigfix agent will be made available? now there is only an agent up until version 7 which cant be installed on 8 because it trows errors.

A couple of questions. Which agent version did you install on the Centos 8 system? Do you remember the sequence of operations you did to get at the point shown above?

I was able to reproduce your error starting the client with “service besclient start” and then checking status using systemctl. If you use the same command to start/stop/check status then you get consistent results.
Note that this also happens with RHEL 7 and 8 systems.

Regarding the official support for Centos 8 agent, I am not able to provide a date but hopefully it will not take too long.
