Can't Find Knowledge Article

We are having a problem with the Patch Policy page in the web UI failing to load. I was told that the solution presented in the Knowledge article “BigFix WebUI Patch Policy Error: Conversion failed when converting date and/or time from character string”, number KB0086998, might fix our problem. Unfortunately, when I try to get the article I get a “Knowledge record not found” error.

Can anyone provide me a working link to this article?

@jbradleyharris, I don’t see a KB article with that number. Where did you locate that specific KB article number?

Please try restarting the BESWebUI service on the appropriate server and try your Patch Policy actions again. If the error persists, I would recommend opening a support case with our L2 team.
