Can't deploy enrollment and Apple iOS Management Extender

Hello,

I try to deploy the enrollment and the Apple iOS Management Extender on a TEM relay but i always get the message that no computers in my network meet the filter criteria.

I checked the criterias and my machine should pass them all. The operating system is a Windows Server 2008 R2 Datacenter, the version of the TEM agent is 8.2.1175.0 like my relay version and my TEM Server and there is no other Management Extender existing on the computer.

I don’t know why it isn’t working, does anyone have an idea why i can’t deploy it?

Hi Daniel,

You might want to make sure the MDM site is subscribed to the computer. You can check this in the “BigFix Management” domain under “License Management”.

You can check the MDM Health Check dashboard. It will tell you if you dont have computers subscribed to the MDM site (and should explain a little more on how to correct it).
