Can't Access Web Reports

We are running Bigfix 9.5.13. When I launch Web Reports, I get the following error:

This page can’t be displayed
Turn on TLS 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://tlkfbfx01v:8080 again. If this error persists, it is possible that this site uses an unsupport protocol or cipher sute such as RC4, which is not considered secure. Please contact your site administrator.

I am using IE 11. TLS 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 are turned on. Bigfix is running on Windows Server 2008 R2.

This seems to have started after upgrading to 9.5.13.

The problem was that I was using https://tlkfbfx01v:8080 and the site is not SSL. It is http://tlkfbfx01v.

I am facing the same issue in my customer environment.

Could you please tell me what exactly needs to be done to resolve this?

I was having trouble in my test environment because I didn’t remember that I was not using SSL. I just needed to use the URL http://tlkfbfx01v which I assume defaults to port 80. That is probably not the problem you are having. You could look at the webreports log.
