I am trying to upgrade our Bigfix server from ver 9.2 to ver 9.5, however, it shows a database collation error while running the pre-install check before upgrading the server components, please see the pictures below
After checking the database, I indeed find 126 columns have the wrong collations using the method provided in this website http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21593889
It’s a time consuming work to correct those collations in database, so I want to know if I can skip this pre-install check, thanks!
