Cannot set up Tiny Linux Relay 9.5.15

I am trying to set up a Tiny Linux Relay and get the following error:

The acl.tcz prerequisite is already installed!
Downloading: libattr.tcz
Connecting to repo.tinycorelinux.net (89.22.99.37:80)
wget: server returned error: HTTP/1.1 404 Not Fount
md5sum: libattr.tcz.txt: No such file or directory
Error on libattr.tcz

The libattr.tcz download failed.

changed repo to distro.ibiblio.org and still get the error:

What version of Tiny Core are you working with?

Latest version, but I think I didn’t follow the directions completely correctly so going to tear it down and start again.

The latest version of TinyCore is v11.1 and it is not supported from the bigfix.
In the Downloads section of TinyCore site, select a version supported by BigFix, and download the related CorePlus .iso file.
The actual supported version is 8.2 as reported into the following links:
