Finally managed to get everything set up. When I try to log into console it says " the security certificate used by “server” is not trusted. Do you want to trust security certificate signed by IBM_Endpoint_Manager when connecting to “server”". All of the components are installed on the same Windows 2008 R2 server. When I say “yes” it just takes me back to login screen. I do notice that if I put in a “wrong” password I get the same reaction. So, I suppose I could be using the wrong password. How might I change it?

Yes I login to the console once, but after closing it the message came up and unable to login again
and I can login to the same main server from another consoles with same ID

Can you post a screenshot of the error message?
The Server installed “Trend Micro”, I asked System team to put in some exceptions and now its ok, thanks anyway.
