Cannot get automation plan to execute

Hello,

I am trying to create a sample automation plan which has just one step i.e. blank action. I select the applicable computers and execute the action plan. It stays in pending state for ever.
It is then i noticed the relevance for the automation plan shows false. Am I missing something?

I was able to get it to run by fixing the warnings for Server Automation.
