Cannot empty _Download directory Error occur

When, I tried to distribute software from BigFix. Some of the clients get completed but nearly 60% are in pending download state. BigFix Log on the client machine is showing that

At 17:05:24 +0530 -
ActionLogMessage: (action:3189) Action signature verified for Execution
ActionLogMessage: (action:3189) Cannot empty _Download directory.
