I have 12,000 endpoints to switch to new BigFix server. I just ran into a group of 10 servers in the log file , Cannot empty _Download directory issue. In looking at the __download directory under actionsite the masthead.afxm file is there. What may be causing this issue or thoughts?
This usually means a process from an older action is still running and has a lock on a file in the __Download directory. Do you see any other files in the directory? Is this occurring before or after the masthead switch task executes?

I have uploaded screenshots of the current state of one of the servers that is having a problem. All others are the same.
There are no active action as shown in console screen. The log shows version of agent. The log shows error message including day 2 log and the agent was restarted 2 times and directory did not clear. The other screen shots show the contents of the masthead move with files in the actionsite folder of the action.
This is the same for 6 other servers. Have to manually move the masthead file, rename , delete the --download folder to complete the process.
Any thoughts?
