Cannot empty _Download directory error

First some background. We are new to the Tivoli Endpoint Manager and learning how to use it. We created a software distribution package using the software distribution wizard to create an install for Project Standard 2010. The package is created successfully. And we were able to create a task (again using the wizard). The software will install successfully on clients whose assigned relay is the actual Tivoli Endpoint Manager server (assigned automatically). However, the task stays on Pending Downloads when attempting to run the task for a client who is assigned to any other of our relays. The client log indicates it is hung on “Cannot empty _Download directory error”. Any clue as to what this may mean? More than likely we may have missed something. Any assistance would be appreciated. For testing we are using a relay in our corporate office as well as one in another city. Again, the only time the software install is successful is when the client’s assigned relay is the actual server.

Any chance you have a command prompt or windows explorer open to that folder? I know that this burnt me before :slight_smile:

Thanks for the response. But no. Neither is open. I assume you mean on the client itself. Any other information that I could provide that can be useful?
