Hello All,

I am verifying SES service on the AWS environment.

I would like to use SES service of AWS via IIS SMTP of Windows Server 2008 R2 from TEM Web reports.

However,

I don’t know the modification method of the e-mail sender who sends from TEM Web reports now,

I cannot send e-mail to an external network.

Do you know how to change the sender of the mail sent from TEM Web reports?

Hi,

These steps are from the Setting Up Email section in the Web Reports Guide (page 11 or 17, depending on how you view the PDF):

Click Administration from the top tab bar.
Click Address Book from the sub tabs.
If you have not yet set your outgoing SMTP server, click the link in the yellow reminder message.
Enter your SMTP server and test it before saving it.
Click the link labeled Add contact to add name(s) to the Address Book.
Continue to add contacts. If you need to delete a contact from the Address book, check the box in front of the name and click the Delete button.

Thank you for replying my message.

I am asking a different part from the contents which your reply shows.

My question is not indicated in a manual.

I would like to change the sender information and title which cannot be set up on GUI of a Web report.

I cannot send for sender information (From:WebReportsSystem) using SES of AWS.

When we cannot change, it is necessary to build a new mail server, and we require very unnecessary cost.

I would like to also change a mail subject title.

Do you know how to change the sender of the mail sent from TEM Web reports?
