We have performance issues while querying IEM using REST APIs. We are planing to install another web report server 64-bit to increase performance. If we can install multiple web report server is there any way to configure or dedicate web report server for REST APIs call only?

You can have as many Web Reports servers as you wish, but 2 is probably enough for most uses.
It might also make sense to have a Web Reports server for many scheduled reports, while having a different one that users to log into.
If you are going to have multiple WebReports servers, then it is probably a good idea to adjust the refresh interval on the user facing and scheduled report servers so that they don’t have too much impact on the root server.
