Can ActiveX programs be installed via Bigfix fixlet?

We have an application that installs a couple of activeX(I believe .ocx) programs when the user first uses the application. The programs are add-ons to IE. But because the users are a domain users they cannot complete the activeX installs. Is there a way using Bigfix to install those activeX programs remotely?

If you guys know a way to install the activeX controls from the commandline (from the system account), we can certainly help Fixletify it…
