We have just purchased Life Cycle module and I am looking some action/task related to Powermanagment.
We have mixed Windows 7 (Not For Long) and windows 10 workstations and laptops and our default policy
15 minutes turned off monitor
30 minutes HardDisk and then hibernate.
I want all machines to comeback at 1:00 PM everyday if they are hibernating or sleep.
Any Help ???

Have you looked at the Wake-on-LAN feature? I would start there as it sounds like it fits your use case.
our power option policy is to sleep mode after one hour of no activity. I want to bring them back at midnight for patching and then they can go back to standby or sleep mode.
Do you have any link or fixlet which can do this for me ?
I believe in that case you could either use the Scheduled Wake-on-LAN wizard (if your client supports that - i.e. a wired network connection with power management features enabled, no Wi-Fi); or to configure scheduled wake in the system BIOS.
If the BIOS supports it, your hardware vendor should be able to provide a utitility to configure the BIOS settings from the command line, which could be leveraged by a Bigfix action.
(In a past life I deployed such utilities for a few dozen models of Dell and HP workstations, but I no longer have access to those download links)
We are trying to avoid using WOL, We can do it just by installing dell utility (we have only Dell Machines) but We are looking to bring from standby or sleep mode to this. I can use LMS but for that we need to designate LMS in each subnet.
I belive bringing from standby/sleep on a schedule time is the fastest and easiest option. I need help in that.
I believe what you are looking for is wake from standby (which can be configured locally on the endpoint) rather than WoL. Please have a look at the following and let us know if you have any additional questions:
