Hi,

I need some clarification around BlackBerry devices support.

I’ve seen BlackBerry support in a roadmap for Q4 through integration with BlackBerry Enterprise Server.

What’s not clear for me is if today we support BlackBerry devices through agent or through Management Extender for Lotus Traveler / for Microsoft Exchange ?

Can someone clarify ?

Hi,

If a BlackBerry device reports to MS Exchange/Lotus Traveler, the Exchange/Traveler plugin should be able to generate a device report for it. In other words, we should be able to management it.

However, this is limited by the functionality provided by MS Exchange/Lotus Traveler.
