BIGFIX WEBUI Patch Policy issues

I’ve attempted to create two patch policies (one for 2016 and another for 2019) along with the schedules and targets in the BigFix UAT environment. The policies appear to have been created and activated successfully. However, when the scheduled time is reached, the actions do not appear in the BIGFIX console. Occasionally, it will show the first patch policy action, but the subsequent actions do not appear for other patch policies.

Also, have issues with Timezones as well

Could you please provide the BIGFIX WEBUI Patch Policy process to use and plan for monthly patching?
